HK Hot Stocks-China Oil and Gas falls 15 pct on share sale

By 0215 GMT, the benchmark Hang Seng Index was down 0.7 percent at 20,455.03. The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks had fallen 1.04 percent to 11,735.30.

 HONG KONG - By 0215 GMT, the benchmark Hang Seng Index was down 0.7 percent at 20,455.03. The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks had fallen 1.04 percent to 11,735.30.

Here are some of the stocks on the move:

* China Oil and Gas Group fell as much as 14.67 percent and was the most actively traded stock in Hong Kong on news that the company was selling 500 million new shares to raise HK$606 million ($78.01 million) to fund investments in natural gas and coalbed methane businesses. The shares were offered to major shareholders at HK$1.25 each, representing a 16.67 percent discount to the previous close. By 0214 GMT, the stock was trading at HK$1.30, down 13.33 percent
